With our VISA Check Card you can make purchases and transactions that are automatically debited from your checking account with no annual fee or transaction charges. Included is free 24 hour fraud monitoring protection to ensure that your account is safe. Use your Visa Check Card to conveniently access any one of our three ATM’s, or use it to make purchases. Changing Your PIN Number

To activate your FSB Debit or ATM card or change your existing PIN number over the phone, simply call 1-800-992-3808.

Reporting a Lost/Stolen Card and Fraudulent Activity

If your card is lost or stolen, please call 800-472-3272 or 423-727-8121 immediately. To respond to, or report, fraudulent activity, please call 800-262-2024 or 423-727-8121 immediately. 

Telephone Banking

Telebanc is a free telephone banking service from Farmers State Bank. It is available by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call 423-727-1742 or 1-844-813-1177 to get started. This service allows you to check your account balance, transfer funds between savings and checking, make loan payments from savings or checking, order checks, and many more options. For more information on telephone banking and how to sign up, please contact a Farmers State Bank employee.

Safe Deposit Boxes

We have a wide variety of sizes of Safe Deposit Boxes at each of our three locations. Whether you need a small box or a very large box, we have the right one for you. Billing is done annually and you may elect to have the charge automatically debited from your checking or savings account. If you have a Main Street Checking account, the rent on most of our boxes is half price.
